Established in 2001 to provide customers with specialist services in the design, installation and
maintenance of electronic security systems; Smart Security Systems has remained an independent
privately owned company who can provide a complete service to our customer from the initial design
stage throughout installation to product support and after sales care.

COMMITTMENT TO EXCELLENCE

To continually meet the highest quality standards we have gained the Systems Silver approval from the
National Security Inspectorate (NSI); working in conjunction with the relevant British and European Standards;
the ACPO Policy for the security industry and the Health and Safety at Work Act.  We are committed to
ongoing training for all personnel to maintain the highest levels of product knowledge.

SCOPE OF SERVICES

Site Survey - An in-depth survey is carrier out to provide detailed specifications and quotation; specifically
tailored to client requirements

Supply & Installation - Fully trained engineers will install to the pre-defined specification.  The full installation
service from   the initial site meeting, to the final on-site test and inspection, will ensure that the installation
has conformed to the clients requirements

Guarantee/Maintenance - All equipment supplied and installed carries a 12-month parts and labour warranty.
Maintenance contracts are offered and tailored to meet individual requirements

Finance - Equipment can be bought by outright purchase or may be leased over a specified period of time
